I'm from Richmond and I asked to see him and the RN was one of the most rudes person iv ever me, " nasty tone. who are u are" i told them and give some nasty remark about not beimg the paper work. The issue is not they could not tell its in the manner i was spoke to. If your work with the famileys and such there no resons to be nasty to someone of the bat.
